Sorry, Miss, You Can't Get There From Here

is the true story of a young women who found her life in shambles as the result of “Doing things her own way”.

She was a high school drop out with a drug problem. At 22, she found herself charged with first degree murder and facing the possibility of being executed or spending the rest of her life in prison.

The book tells how she got to that place and what happened to enable her to turn her life around and become a respected member of society.

The author wrote the book to tell others that no matter how bad things were or still are or how horrible the things they have done, they can have a happy and productive life if they want it bad enough and are willing to be honest with them self and accept responsibility for their past actions. She is living proof that it is possible

When I first started reading this book I thought I would start it and come back to it later or the next day. I was so drawn into it right from the beginning, that I could not stop reading until I had finished it.

My thoughts afterwards were simply WOW!! I could not believe what I just read. In fact, you might have a hard time believing that one person could go through so much and survive. I know this person very well and had already known some of her story prior to reading the book, but the contents still shocked me!

If there was ever a time you thought life was too tough and you did not know if you were going to make it out alive; this here is living proof that it can be done. Not only come out alive but be stronger, wiser, successful, accepted for who you are, and most importantly loved!

I can attest to all of the outcomes because this person is my mother-in-law.
